Sage & Savasana values your time, appointments, and prosperity, just as I hope you value mine. I understand that occasionally, unexpected circumstances can occur, and a previously scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled or adjusted. In order to best serve my other clients as well as protect myself, in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- Any no-show, cancellation, or rescheduled appointment made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. The fee for services less than $50 will be in the form of a balance applied to the account that must be paid before booking a new appointment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service and get you in as quickly as possible, and at a time that is convenient for you.
- I require a credit card on file or a deposit of 50% of the total services for appointments totaling $50. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file that was given at the time of booking. Deposits can be given in the form of cash, card or Venmo and will be applied to your appointment.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be credited to future services or processed back to the card on file.
- I also ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow enough time before your service(s) to complete the Client Intake paper work, and any other necessary forms.
- Established clients are not required to leave a card on file or give a deposit at the discretion of the technician. An established client that does not give the required 24 hour cancellation notice or no shows their appointment with have a balance of 50% of the total services applied to their account that must be paid before booking a new appointment.
